You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

• Original packaging must be included

Return process:

1. Contact us by email to initiate a return

2. You will receive instructions on where to send the item

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Opened hygiene products cannot be returned

• Customized or personalized items are non-refundable
